Northcon is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to a global company in Västerås.

Note: This assignment requires for you to live in Sweden, preferibly in Västerås or close by.

Qualifications

We would like to see that you:

• Have a degree in mechanical engineering or similar
• A few years of experience in mechanical engineering and structual design
• Good knowledge and experience with Solid Works and SAP
• Are driven, technically interested, responsible and cooperative
• Speak and write english fluently. Swedish is meritorious. 

Tasks

In this role, you are responsible for, among other things, planning, designing and modification of machines, equipment and products. You also coordinate activities internally and with other groups to effectively achieve goals that require knowledge of associated functions and related technical areas. You collaborate closely with project management, R&D and production.
